If you are experience any issues, our team will do everything we can to put things right at that stage. However if you need to move to our formal complaints procedure please be assured that we will do our best to work with you to resolve the problem.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint, you can report the matter to either Trading Standards or Renewable Energy Consumer Code (RECC) as appropriate.
